About Hitting
When dealing with hitting, the most important frame it when the hand contact the target. Then, head move first with body moving slightly. The body follow subsequently(Overlapping)

Notes of Walking From Hips Tutorial
Hips Tutorial made by Francis Jasmin:
Part I
Part II
Walking lecture from http://www.fjasmin.net/walk_cycle_tutorial/index.html
* A walk must in balance in every angle!
*There is a weight shift, where we must shift our weight over one foot before lifting the other one
*Keep in mind, the slower the cadence, the more shift fom side to side there need to be.The further apart the feet are,the more you have to shift weight (to one side)
*How much you shift your weight from side to side, depend on speed or how far your feet apart
Up and down
Path of action
*In contact position, hips are between two legs, cause two leg are on the ground.
*In down position,we put weight on the blue leg
*Sow in and slow out between left-to-right wight shifting position
Oreientation
*In down position, the hips are inversing

Animation Notes_Skateboarding From Wreck-it Ralph
First observe the motion trail that she travels from start to the end,and clearly it's an S shaped curve.
When posing,I have to decide the weight shift.I try to balance her body and think about the weight shift from one leg to another.
Aniticipation:
One of the most important key pose is when she twist her chest for the plunge.

Everytime she is about to slide, she will bend down her body, moving the center of mass to the other leg.Notice that the spacing is uneven. It will give it a sense to rush.Move fast at the beginning and settle down at last (Slow in)

When she is at the highest point, she stands nearly upright for cushion, preparing to go down again
Her waist and chest arrive one by one (Overlapping)
However, when she turns or speeds up,she will shift weight to the front,so there will be an angle between her and the skateboard
Though the picture is dark as she skates through the tunnel,we can still assume her motion trail.
When she is up at the highest point the second time, she is preparing to go down again, shifting weight to the front leg,and lowering her body. Therefore, the board will tilt down and move downward.

Notes of 12 Principles of Action
12 Principles of Action

Follow through :
loosely parts of a body or accesaries should continue to move beyond the point a character stop
with various degree of oscillation(A regular movement between one position and another or between
one amount and another) damping.(become less and less).
*has to do with the movement
Ovelapping Action:
Parts of a body tend to move at different rates/times
*has to do with the Timing
Tutorial:

Definition of overlapping:
The offset between the timing of the main body and tis other parts.

This time I want to study the snappy feeling from this video, which is heard very often at my work
and learn how to animate from bloking to animation all over again as well as spling and polishing

Practice01:Teddy_Fall
Hello This is my first animation practice
Rig provided by Eugene Izmailov
http://www.cgmeetup.net/forums/files/file/91-teddy-rig/
I've never seen this film, but I think it is a good start to practice squash and stretch.
I as well adjusted the timing of falling cause it is a bit slow if I utterly copy the 2D animation timing :)
